Fleur of England are a renowned luxury British lingerie design house. Known for their flawless finish and utterly captivating designs, they lacked a website which reflected this. Fleur of England approached us to design & build a visually stunning responsive ecommerce website.
When we started working with Fleur of England, they were keen to shed some light on their English heritage, quintessential design and workmanship. They wanted to produce a marketing channel that would allow their customers to fall in love with their brand, collection upon collection.
To achieve this we designed a new ecommerce website which was not only reflective of their brand objectives but also converted into sales revenue. Another integral focus was establishing a ecommerce system which allowed Fleur of England to easily fulfil customers orders in a effective and seamless manor.
We built Fleur of England new responsive ecommerce website using the Symfony framework. We designed & built a bespoke CMS to Fleur's unique business needs allowing them to manage their website, products, orders etc.
Fleur wanted to keep the data from their old website, which contained their product, order and customer data. Their old database did not match the structure of their new website. We extracted the data and imported it successfully into the new website with no loss of data.
We designed & built Fleur of England a Wordpress blog where they offer help, advice & support to their customers. The custom Wordpress theme we created for Fleur matches the design used on the ecommerce website so their customers don't know the difference between the two websites.
As a Sage Pay partner we have many year's experience integrating their payment system into ecommerce websites. We recommended Fleur use them along with PayPal and we integrated PayPal express into their website as another payment option for their customers to use.
We integrated Royal Mail, DPD & DHL couriers into Fleur's ecommerce website, which allows them to offer multiple shipping options & competitive shipping costs to their customers.
As recognised Mailchimp experts we setup Fleur's Mailchimp account, connected it to their website & help segment their customer lists. We also help Fleur to send targeted messages to their customers, view customer purchase information, trigger follow up emails, send out abandoned basket emails & generate and view revenue reports on individual email campaigns.
We designed and build Fleur's ecommerce website to handle multiple currencies & different tax rates depending on where their customer is purchasing from. This allows their customers to purchase from anywhere in the world.
We are YouTube certified. We helped Fleur setup their YouTube channel & we provide ongoing advice & support on how they can engage with their customers & grow their online community.
Fleur of England's ecommerce website is hosted on a dedicated cloud server. We manage and support the server, applying security patches and updates when they are available and undertaking routine server maintenance to ensure it is always at optimal performance.
We setup Fleur's Gmail for business account along with setting up and managing their individual email accounts.
Fleur's website is backed up daily both onsite and offsite. We haven't had to use these backup's but it's good practice to have them just in case.
We monitor Fleur's website 24/7 using onsite and offsite software and are alerted if there are any problems. We also have in place ecommerce transactional monitoring which ensures there are no issues stopping customer placing their order.
We setup, manage & maintain Fleur's DNS records. We have setup a bespoke DNS backup solution through Amazon Web Services to ensure Fleur's website & email are always available to them and their customers.
We installed a SSL certificate on Fleur's website, which ensures their customers data is encrypted and secure when they enter their personal & payment information into the website.
We created Fleur' Google Analytics account and we added their analytics tracking code to their website. We enabled ecommerce tracking and setup their goals so they can track their sales. We also setup their Google Adwords account and created & managed their campaigns. We also recommended Facebook Advertising.
We setup Fleur of England's Google Webmaster Tools account & we manage their 404's, structured data & sitemap submission
